Mr. Sibojyoti Chakraborty, Ld. Advocate, appears for Mousumi Roy and Sayan Roy who are the legal heirs of the original complainant namely Uday Roy.

As submitted by the Ld. Advocate that Uday Roy has passed away, leaving behind his wife and son named above and the legal heirs of the original complainant intend to proceed with the case. Copy of death certificate and an affidavit are also filed.

Application for substitution of the legal heirs of the complainant is registered as MA/31/2023.

After hearing the Ld. Advocates and perusing the material available on record, we see that the prayer for substitution is well founded one and it is allowed.

The petition is thus disposed off with direction to the Ld. Advocate of Mousumi Roy and Sayan Roy to file amended complaint by the complainant on the next date deleting the name of the original complainant and incorporating the names of the new complainants by the complainant.

15.03.2023 is fixed for filing amended complaint.
