                            Today is fixed for appearance of the complainant and for filing showcause. The complainant is absent without step. She is found absent on repeated calls. Ld. Lawyer for the complainant, Arkadeep Bannerjee submits that he has no instruction from his client i.e. the complainant and the complainant is not keeping contact with him.He prays for passing necessary order. We find that the complainant has not filed showcause in compliance with last order dt.27/08/14. In such circumstances we have no reason to believe that the complainant is not willing to proceed further with this case. As such this case deserves dismissal.

   Hence, it is

O R D E R E D

     that the case stands dismissed for default and for non-compliance of Forum’s order but without cost.

       Let copy of this final order be supplied to the parties free of cost forthwith in terms of Sec.5(10) of West Bengal Consumer Protection Rules 1987.
