ORDER

In view of the judgment of the Honle Supreme Court in U.P. Power Corporation Ltd. & Ors. Vs. Anis Ahmad (Civil Appeal No.4566/2012 decided on 01.07.2013), this matter being a case of power theft, the consumer fora has no jurisdiction to entertain the complaint. Accordingly, the revision petition is allowed, impugned order is set aside and complaint is dismissed as not maintainable. Complainant is, however, granted liberty to avail appropriate remedy before the proper forum. Copy of the order may be given dasti.
