                        Mr. A. Kakati, learned counsel, for the opposite party insurance company is present. Vide order dated 26-08-2022 last chance was given to the complainant side to file evidence on affidavit in chief of the witness/witnesses of the complaint side fixing today 21-10-2022. Today, none entered appearance on behalf of the complainant.

                        Considering that the matter is pending since the year, 2017 and there being no steps nor any representation on behalf of the complainant, matter stands dismissed for default.
