“In view of the ratio of case titled “Rajeev Hitendra Pathak & ors. Vs. Achyut Kashinath Karekar & anr.” IV (2011) CPJ 35 (SC), I do not press this application for restoration of the complaint and setting aside the order dated 07.02.2013. It be dismissed as withdrawn.”

 

 

            In view of the said statement, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.
