            Counsel for complainant has made the following statement, recorded separately:-

“I have received two cheques from counsel for OP bearing cheque No.465988 and No.619711 for Rs.16,135.40 and Rs.20,000/- respectively drawn in favour of Gopal Kumar on HDFC Bank and Citibank respectively, in total compliance of the order dated 18.5.2012 passed by this Forum. As the order has been duly complied with, so I do not press this criminal complaint. It be dismissed being fully satisfied.”

 

            In view of the above statement of counsel for complainant, this criminal complaint is dismissed being fully satisfied.

            Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
