                        None for the parties, Vide order dated 22-08-2022 it was recorded that on the basis of track consignment report against the registered notice issued to the complainant by the Registry that the notice was duly delivered on 21-7-2022, however no adverse order was passedon 22-08-2022, thereby extending the period for appearance of the complainant till today.

                      Today also none appeared for the complainant and accordingly, the matter stands dismissed for default.
