                   Sh. Gaurav Jain, Adv. for the OP no.1.

                   Ms. Ruchi Chawla, Adv. for the Op no.3.

                   OP no.2 already exparte.

 

                   Learned President is on leave today. File put up today before Lok Adalat. Sh. Pardeep Kumar, AR for the complainant appeared today and suffered a statement that in above case settlement has been effected with opposite party no.1 and on behalf of complainant he has received a cheque bearing no. 509705 dated 15.02.2024 amounting to Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen thousand only) from the opposite party no.1. Hence, he withdraws the present complaint being fully satisfied.

                   In view of the statement made by the AR of the complainant, present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being settled and fully satisfied in Lok Adalat. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.

                   File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
