No representation for either side. Since there was no representation for either parties for over a long period of time, we had ordered the issue of notice to both parties on 24/08/2022. Pursuant to the notice, the complainant had appeared on 13/10/2022. The counsel then sought time to obtain instructions from his client. Thereafter, there has been no representation for either the complainant or the opposite party. In view of the above, we are not satisfied any useful purpose would be served by keeping this complaint pending any longer. This is a complaint of the year 2016. This complaint is therefore dismissed for non prosecution.
