ORDER

Complainant physically present. Present complainant has been alleging illegally disconnecting his electric supply line and institution of an FIR against him. Complainant has filed in complete FIR where in it has been reported that complainant was found committing theft of electrical energy through PVC wire connecting directly in the Lt line of the OP after by passing the properly fixed service wire and electrical meter fixed by the company. For looking into the innocence or  or illegality in relation to electric supply to the consumers of SBPDCL there is a specific designated electricity court, Gaya.

 This commission has got no juridication look into the complaint’s arrising from above like incidents hence finding the present case as not maintainable before this commission the same is dismissed at the stage of admission itself and complainant is directed to appear before the specially designated court and ventilate his grievance there.
