A Joint Application, being IA No. 9368 of 2021, has been filed by the Parties, seeking withdrawal of the Appeal on the ground that the matter has amicably been settled between the Parties and the Settlement Agreement dated 28.09.2021 has been entered into between the Parties in this behalf.  A copy of the Settlement Agreement has also been annexed with the Application, which is taken on record.

The Appeal is disposed of in terms of the Settlement arrived at between the Parties.

The Office is directed to return the statutory amount of Rs.35,000/- along with accrued interest, if any, to the Appellant.  The State Commission is also directed to release the amount of Rs.27,10,166/-, deposited by the Appellant, along with accrued interest, if any, in favour of the Appellant.
