Heard Miss. Deepa Parida who is the complainant in this case.

She submitted that the impugned order must be complied as soon as possible and she does not want to proceed with the appeal.

                      Considered her submission. She is appellant in F.A.266/2008.

                       None appears for the respondent.

Since, the appellant seeks liberty to withdraw the appeal, the appeal is disposed of as withdrawn and the impugned order be complied within 30 days from the date of receipt of this order.

                        Learned counsel for the appellant in F.A.388/2008 is absent  and that appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
