1.       First appeal No. 2559 of 2017 was decided vide Order dated 10.10.2024 whereby the appeal was allowed.

This review application has been filed on 27.11.2024 by Ajay Prasad Gupta, respondent against the said Order dated 10.10.2024 of this Commission.

The prescribed period of limitation to file for review is 30 days.

As such the review application is time-barred.

However, in the interest of justice, the delay is condoned.

2.       Perused the record, including inter alia the Order dated 25.10.2017 of the State Commission and the Order dated 10.10.2024 of this Commission and the instant review application.

3.       This Bench does not find any error apparent on the face of record which calls for interference in the Order dated 10.10.2024.

4.       The review application is dismissed.
