Today is fixed for argument and B.N.A. of complainant and payment of cost of Rs. 500/-.

Ld. Adv. for the complainant is present. Case has settled before the Grahak Madhyastata Samadhan which was held on 19.08.2023.

Ld. Grahak Madhyastata Samadhan please to pass the following order:-

That the dispute is settled as per aforesaid discussion and terms of settlement. As per settlement OP No.1 shall supply R.C.Book, (certificatre of registration) and Road Tax in favour of the complainant within a month. As per settlement he will convince the OP No.3 regarding the issue of form 35 and he by taking initiative shall procure the same and shall hand over the same to the complainant.

Case s thus disposed off.

In view of the aforesaid order of Grahak Madhyastata Samadhan dated 19.08.2023, the present case is thus disposed off.
