Again case called out.

Today, learned counsel Sh. Tushar Sharma on behalf of the applicant has appeared and has submitted registry receipt of notice issued to the opposite party along with the tracking report, which is kept on record.

On the basis of the tracking report, service upon the opposite party is considered as sufficient.

Inspite of sufficient service, none responds on behalf of the opposite party.

Learned counsel for the applicant has endorsed a note “Not Press” on the order-sheet.

Hence, the transfer application moved on behalf of the applicant is hereby dismissed on account of being not pressed.  No order as to costs.
