Present:- Smt.Kanchan Garg, DH in Person along-with Counsel Sh.Naveen Chhabra, Advocate.

Sh.Gautam Kumar, Advocate Counsel for the JD's.

 

File taken up today on an application filed by Counsel for the JD's for cancellation of the warrants by submitting the complete amount.

Today Statement of Smt.Kanchan Garg, DH in Person along-with her Counsel recorded that he has received a Demand Draft bearing No.086774 dated 28.12.2019 for Rs.92,630/- drawn on HSBC Advance Bank in my favour in full and final settlement of her claim against execution No.EA/100/2018 Dated 18.12.2018. As such, she does not want to proceed further with the present execution application and same may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

So accordingly in view of the statement given by the DH in Person along-with her Counsel, the present execution application is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Bailable Warrants if already issued be recalled back un-executed. File be consigned to the record room.
