            Sh.V.B.Aggarwal-Counsel for complainant has made the following statement, recorded separately:-

“Due to technical defect(jurisdiction), I do not press this complaint at this stage. However, the complainant reserves her right to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action before a Forum having jurisdiction of the matter. So, as per the instructions of the complainant, I withdraw this complaint with a liberty to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action before the competent authority”

 

            In view of statement made by counsel for complainant, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action before the competent authority having jurisdiction of the matter, as per law.

            Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
