                   Ld. Counsel for decree holder made a statement that he received a cheque bearing No. 664282 dated 14.07.2023 of ICICI Bank amounting to Rs. 65764/- from Sh. Amit Kaushik, Advocate for JD No. 1 as full and final settlement. So, he does not want to proceed with the present execution petition further and withdraw the same being fully satisfied.  

                  In view of the statement of Ld. Counsel for decree holder, the present execution petition is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Copy of this order be sent to both the parties free of cost. File be consigned to record after due compliance
