ORDER

                   Vide this review application filed under the provisions of Section 50 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the applicant (complainant) is seeking review of order dated 30.11.2022 passed by this Commission in Consumer Complaint No.173 of 2019. Section 50 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019 reads thus:-

“50. Review by State Commission in certain cases.- The State Commission shall have the power to review any of the order passed by it if there is an error apparent on the face of the record, either of its own motion or on an application made by any of the parties within thirty days of such order.”

2]                No doubt, Section 50 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019 empowers the Commission to review any of its order if there is an error apparent on the face of the record but after hearing the Counsel for the complainant and going through the material available on record and the order under review, we are of the concerted opinion that there is no error apparent as such on the face of record while passing the order under review. 3]                Accordingly, this review application stands dismissed with no order as to costs. MA/475/2023 also stands dismissed having rendered infructuous. 4]                Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of charge. Copy of order be also sent to the parties/Counsel through email/whatsapp. Pronounced. 26.06.2023.
