ORDER

Husband of the petitioner is present. There is delay of 234 days which has not been properly explained. On this count alone, the revision is liable to be dismissed. Moreover, the State Commission has very rightly held that the Consumer Fora has no jurisdiction in the matter in view of the judgement of the Apex Court in General Manager Telecom V/s. M.Krishnan and another reported in [2009 (3) CPC 246 SC]. In view of this, the revision petition is hereby dismissed with no order as to costs.
