ORDER

The counsel for OP No.1 has paid Rs.2200/- in cash to the complainant towards full and final settlement of the dispute, which has been duly received by him. In this view of the matter the complainant wants to withdraw the complainant. In this regard he has appended a note on the complaint itself.

                   In view of the aforesaid statement, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

                   Certified copy of this order be communicated to the complainant free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
