Divya Gulati vs. Bharat Bansal.

 

Present:    Sh.Adesh Gupta, Adv. for complainant.

                 Respondents No.1 & 3 ex parte.

                 Sh.Rajiv Gupta, Adv. for respondent No.2 & 4.

               

                On the basis of even date application filed by the respondent No.2 & 4, case file taken up on today as the parties have entered into compromise.  Counsel for the complainant is also present before this Forum. Shri Rajiv Kumar Gupta, Adv. for respondents No.2 & 4 suffered statement agreeing to pay Rs.3,90,000/- (Rs.three lack ninty thousand) only in lump sum to the complainant within a period of 60 days from today.

            Counsel for complainant agreed to it, separate statement of counsel for complainant and counsel for respondents No.2 & 4 recorded in this regard.

               In view of their statements, complaint is partly accepted against the respondents No.2 & 4 and respondents No.2 & 4 shall make payment of Rs.3,90,000/- (rupees three lacs ninty thousand) only jointly and severally, within the period of 60 days from today. In default of it, respondents No.2 & 4 shall be liable to pay interest @7% p.a. on the amount of Rs.3,90,000/- from the date of order till actual realization. Complaint qua respondent No.1 is dismissed. File be consigned to the records.
