ORDER:

                    Complainant made statement that the matter has been compromised with the opposite Parties. As per compromise he has received the new mobile set from the opposite parties no.2 and 3. Now, he does not want to pursue with the present complaint and withdraw the same. In view of the statement of complainant, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance
