The matter was passed over once. Even on the second call also none appears on behalf of the petitioner. As none is appearing on behalf of the petitioner since morning, the revision petition is dismissed in default. Later on Ms Ritika Gambhir, proxy counsel on behalf of Mrs Kiran Suri, Sr Advocate for the petitioner has appeared and she has been apprised of the order.
