The mater was passed over. On the second call also, no one is present on behalf of petitioner. Vide order dated 26.10.2010, the petitioner was directed to file certain orders, which he has not filed till date. Since, there is no appearance on behalf of petitioner nor previous order has been complied with, petition is dismissed in default as well as for non prosecution.
