This complaint has been filed by the complainant u/s 35 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 alleging deficiency in service against the opposite parties in selling defective vehicle along with a prayer to direct the opposite parties to pay a sum of Rs.15,00,000/- towards compensation for the mental agony and hardship caused to the complainant due to the deficiency in service on the part of the opposite parties and for the costs that the complainant had spent for servicing the E-Bike.

No representation for complainant.  Sufficient opportunities given on 05.07.2024, 19.07.2024 25.07.2024 31.07.2024 and 05.08.2024.  However, no proof affidavit filed by complainant and no notice served on opposite parties 1, 2 & 4.  Hence, we are of the view that no purpose in keeping the complaint on file.  Consumer Complaint dismissed for non prosecution. No cost.
