It appears that the Hon’ble Supreme Court in Civil Appeal No. 10856 of 2016 prohibited institution of proceeding, continuation of existing proceeding and enforcement of any order against the O.P. Bengal Unitech Universal Infrastructure  Pvt.Ltd.  and accordingly we are unable to proceed with the matter being CCC/424/2018.
