On 01.11.2019, we had passed an order in a batch of Revision Petitions/First Appeals/Consumer Complaints, where the Respondent(s)’/Opposite Party(ies)’ sets were not filed and, therefore, the notice could not be issued, directing the Petitioner(s)/Appellant(s)/Complainant(s) to file the same on or before 15^th November 2019, so that notice could be issued, latest by 22.11.2019.  The cases were directed to be listed on 13.01.2020 and further it was observed that if the Respondent(s)/Opposite Party (ies) set is not filed on or before 15^th November 2019, the cases shall be dismissed for not taking steps for service on the Respondent(s)/Opposite Party(ies).  In such an event, Registry was directed to list the cases on 25.11.2019. 

The order dated 01.11.2019 was put on the Notice Board as also the Complainant(s)/Appellant(s)/Petitioner(s) were informed by uploading the order on Confonet.

It appears that the Complainant(s) has not filed the Opposite Party(ies) set, so notice could not be issued. 

We, therefore, dismiss the Complaint for not taking steps for service on the Opposite Party(ies).
