Order No. 02

This case has been come on transfer from Barasat Commission to this Commission vide Memo No. 111/DCF/24 Parganas (North) dated 28.02.2020 and Consumer Affairs Department vide order no. 2996-CAD-11015(38)/1/2018 dated 07.08.2018.

Complainant Mrs. Malabika Das is present in person and she files an application stating that the dispute between the complainant and the O.Ps. was resolved in the year 2020.

Complainant further stated that the settlement amount has already credited into her bank account. She has no further grievance against O.Ps.. Therefore, complainant prays for disposal of the case.

Such above the fact, we are of the opinion that a disposal order shall be passed.

Hence, it is,

Ordered

           that the complaint case be and the same is disposed of with full satisfaction.
