Aforesaid Complainant filed this case against the aforesaid O.P praying for direction to the O.P to refund Rs. 11,59,940/-, interest, compensation amounting to Rs. 1,50,000/-, cost of the case amounting to Rs. 35,000/-, i.e. total claim amounting to more than Rs. 13,09,940/-.   

Complainant and his Ld. Advocate are present.  Ld. Advocate for the O.P is present.

Case is placed before this 3^rd National LOK ADALAT.

Case is taken up for discussion. After thorough discussion it is settled that O.P will refund Rs. 11,59,940/- (eleven lakhs fifty nine thousand nine hundred forty) along with interest @ 8.25% from the date of receipt of aforesaid amount to till the date of refund positively within 60 days from this day. 

Hence it is,

ORDERED

That the dispute is settled today with the aforesaid observation. O.P will refund Rs. 11,59,940/-(eleven lakhs fifty nine thousand nine hundred forty) along with interest @ 8.25% from the date of receipt of aforesaid amount to till the date of refund positively within 60 days from this day.

Both parties gave an assurance before us that they will obey this order of this National Lok Adalat properly.

Returned the case record to the Commission.
