Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

        The defect pointed out is ignored.

        Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that on 14.12.2020 learned District Commission passed the impugned order directing the OP to supply two batteries without hearing him. He submitted that no opportunity was given to the OP while passing such impugned order. Therefore, he submitted that opportunity should be given to the petitioner so as to contest the interim application.

        Perused the petition and the interim order  dtd.14.12.2020. Without entering to the merit of the case, learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to submit the plea as raised before this Commission before the learned District Commission  who would  pass the speaking order by hearing both the parties within 30 days from the date of receipt of this order.

        Till then the impugned order shall remain stayed.

         The revision petition is disposed of accordingly.
