After arguing for some time, Counsel for the complainants wishes to withdraw this complaint with liberty to file before the proper Fora after giving better particulars.

                   Accordingly, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.

                   Spare copy be retained for the office record and all the three original paper-books be returned to the Counsel for the complainants.
