This is an application for transferring/clubbing C.C.No.586 of 2013 pending before the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum-II, UT, Chandigarh to the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum-I, UT, Chandigarh where two other connected complaints are pending.

                   The Counsel  for the applicant-complainant,  has submitted that  his other relatives have also filed two Consumer Complaints, involving almost the same questions of law and fact, which are pending before the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum-I, UT, Chandigarh,  whereas, the Consumer Complaint of the present applicant/complainant, is pending in the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum-II, UT, Chandigarh and the possibility of the divergent views being expressed by both the Forums could not be ruled. He has further submitted that to avoid such a situation, the complaint filed by the applicant/complainant be transferred to District Forum (I).

                   When the Counsel  for the applicant/complainant was told that the   District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum-I, UT, Chandigarh  is located at the First Floor and the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum-II, UT, Chandigarh  is located at the Second Floor, and at this stage it would be premature to say that the Forums would express divergent views, he   has submitted that he be permitted to withdraw the present application.

                   In view of the above, the application is dismissed as withdrawn, with no order as to costs. 

                   Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties, free of charge.
