CONSUMER COMPLAINT NO. 617  OF  2020

ORDER

     On the last date of hearing, the parties had settled the matter. Vide his separate statement, Sh.Mohit Garg, Counsel for OP No.1 to 3 stated that as per settlement, the OP No.1 to 3 shall pay a lumpsum amount of Rs.3,31,000/- towards refund to the complainant on or before 03.08.2023 in full and final settlement of the present matter, failing which they shall be liable to pay the aforesaid amount alongwith interest @ 12% p.a. from the date of filing of present consumer complaint. Vide his separate statement, Sh.Rajiv Sharma, Counsel for Complainant admitted the aforesaid statement of Sh.Mohit Garg, Counsel for OP No.1 to 3.

     The case is fixed for today for compliance of the undertaking in the statements. Since no payment has been made by OP No.1 to 3, the complaint stands disposed of in terms of the settlement made by the parties on the previous date of hearing. Accordingly, OP No.1 to 3 are directed to pay a lumpsum amount of Rs.3,31,000/- towards refund to the complainant alongwith interest @ 12% p.a. from the date of filing of present consumer complaint i.e. 24.12.2020 till its realization.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
