Despite repeated calls complainant has not appeared. The present complaint case was filed on 11.10.2017. Complainant is not appearing for past two dates of hearing 01.12.2023 and 29.04.2024. On the last date of hearing i.e. 29.04.2024 last opportunity was given to complainant for appearance. Today also complainant is absent. It appears that complainant is not interested in pursuing present case. Therefore present complaint case is dismissed in default of the complainant as well as for non prosecution.
