The complaint was filed under Section 35 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.  The Complainant is absent.  The counsel for Complainant filed the terms of the settlement memo before the Commission on 16.12.22. The Commission advanced the above case suo moto from 16.02.23 to 26.12.22. The subject matter of the above case has been settled amicably between the parties as per the terms of the settlement.

In view of the above, this complaint is closed as 'withdrawn '.
