ORDER

The learned counsel for respondent no.1 has produced a copy of order dated 16-03-2018 passed by the State Commission of West Bengal stating that Consumer Complaint No.CC/69/2015 had already been disposed of by the State Commission vide the said order.

In view of this position, the present appeal has become infructuous and the same is ordered to be dismissed.
