Today is fixed for hearing of M.A. Case. The Complainant / Applicant is found ready.  The O.P. of this M.A. Case is found absent and no written objection  has been filed by the O.P. against M.A. application.

Perused the M.A. application which has been filed by the Complainant / Applicant side  for production of the Statement of Account and the Insurance Policy  in connection with Loan Application No.40820001321 dt. 15.05.2018.

It is revealed  that the above noted application filed by the Complainant / Applicant side is supported by affidavit  and the O.P. has not filed counter affidavit  to contradict the point of contention highlighted  by the Complainant / Applicant side.  Moreover,  the documents  which have been  sought for by the Complainant / Applicant side is very urgent for the interest  of proper and complete adjudication  of this case.

So, the O.P.  Bank Authority is directed to produce and/or file the Statement of Account  opened in the name of Tushar Saha , S/o Baidya Nath Saha  in connection with Loan Application No. 40820001321 dt. 15.05.2018 within 04.10.2023.  Inform  O.P.  Bank Authority by sending  a copy of order.

Thus the M.A. Case being No. 47/2023 is disposed of.
