Review Application no.229 of 2023 (for review)

In Chamber

The opposite party has filed the present review application no.229 of 2023 against the order dated 22.06.2023 passed by this Commission in CC no.1001 of 2015 – Murugesan vs Bank of Baroda by which the complaint was disposed of.  I have gone through the impugned order as well as the review application and I do not find any error apparent on the face of record which calls for interference in the order dated 22.06.2023.  In view of the above, the review application filed by the opposite party is dismissed.
