     File taken up in the Lok Adalat. Sh.Manwar Singh, Customer Care Executive for OP No.1 has filed one letter dated 04.03.2017 regarding extension of warranty by 3 months as good will gesture for settlement. Copy given to counsel for complainants.

     Statement of Sh.Manwar Singh, Customer Care Executive for OP No.1 has been recorded. Statement of Sh.Parveen Jain, Counsel for Complainants has also been recorded, in view of which this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. The parties shall be bound by statements made before the Lok Adalat today and the same shall form a part of this order.

Stated that OP No.1 is ready to offer 3 months warranty extension as a good will gesture from 04.03.2017 in addition to the already provided replacement handset (Model No.Lenovo k4 Note) to the complainant.

I have heard the statement made by Sh.Manwar Singh, Customer Care Executive for OP No.1 today. I have no objection to the above settlement. I withdraw this complaint with liberty to seek appropriate remedy as per law if OP No.1 resile back from the undertaking.
