Today is fixed for showing cause by the Dhrs.
On scrutiny of records, it is found that since 03.02.2017 no step taken by the Dhrs for which the Dhrs were directed to show cause as to why the preset Execution Application shall not be dismissed for default.
Today the Jdr is present through the Ld. Advocate by filing hazira. Today also the Dhrs are without any step and no show cause is filed on their behalf. Therefore, we have no other option but to dismiss the present Execution Application.
Hence, it is

that the present Execution Application being No. 14/2013 be and the same is dismissed for non-prosecution. There is no order as to costs.
Let plain copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost as per provisions of law.
