ORDER

After arguing the matter for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the revision petition. Hence, the revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

        The impugned order be complied within 30 days failing which the concerned Additional S E shall be liable to pay a compensation of Rs.100/- per day to the respondent.
