Sh. Binder Singh, complainant appeared in person and has suffered a statement that the matter has been compromised with the OP. They have settled the matter in the shape of agreement. He does not want to pursue the present complaint further and withdraws the same as fully satisfied.

In view of the statement suffered by Sh. Binder Singh, complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn as fully satisfied. The complainant has also submitted an original written agreement/compromise deed. The complainant will be bound by his statement. File be indexed and consigned to record.
