Heard counsel for the petitioner. There are concurrent findings of two fora below. Death occurred due to electrocution on account of contact of the minor on the roof of the house with the 11 kw electric line which was passing over the house. In fact, an application had been filed in January 2005 for shifting of the 11 kw electric line which had been recommended by the Panchayat. Even otherwise, the petitioner was duty bound to ensure that 11 kw line did not pass over the house of a citizen and the petitioner should have taken steps to remove the 11 kw electric line in order to avert the accident on account of contact with 11 kw electric line. Accordingly, we do not find any merit in this revision and the revision is hereby dismissed with no order as to costs.
