                IA No.13989 of 2024 has been filed by the Petitioner seeking modification of the order dated 05.07.2024 whereby the Revision Petition was admitted de hors the payment of ₹20,000/- as to and fro charges to the Respondent. 

          Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner on IA No.13989 of 2024.

          We do not find any merit in the arguments advanced.   IA No.13989 of 2024 is disallowed.

          Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits on instructions that he wishes to withdraw the Revision Petition.

          Revision Petition No.1697 of 2024 is dismissed as withdrawn.
