The present case pending before us pertains to heft of electricity In view of the order passed by the Honle Supreme Court in P Power Corporation Ltd., and Ors vs Anis Ahmed (Civil Appeal no. 5466 of 2012 decided on 01.07.2013), the complaint filed in the present case before the District Forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 is not maintainable. Accordingly, the present revision petition filed by the petitioner/ opposite party stands allowed and complaint filed before the District Forum stands dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the respondent to seek appropriate remedy available to him before the appropriate forum. With these observations, the present revision petition stand disposed of. Dasti to both the parties.
