ORDER

 The matter has been amicably compromised. Counsel for the OPs No.1&2 states at bar that they will pay Rs.5000/- within a month from today to the complainant as a good will gesture.

                   Counsel for the complainant accepts the offer of the Ops No.1&2 and states that he wants to withdraw the complaint subject to receipt of the amount aforesaid.

                   In this regard both the parties have appended their respective note on the  complaint itself.

                   In view of the above, it is ordered that the OP No.1&2 shall pay a sum of 5000/- to the complainant within 30 days from today failing which the OPs No.1&2 shall pay the same amount alongwith Rs.100/- per day till the payment is made. ­Hence, the complaint is disposed of accordingly.  

                   Certified copy of this order be communicated to the complainant free of cost. After compliance file be consigned
