Complaint is presented today. It be checked and registered.

2.            The Learned counsel for the complainant has made a statement for withdrawal of the present complaint by submitting that he does not want to pursue the present complaint due to technical defect and permission be given to file afresh on the same cause of action. His statement to this effect has been recorded separately.

3.            Heard. In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant is at liberty to avail the efficacious remedy available under the law. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
