ORDER

ORDER DATED-16/10/2008. The complaint is allowed. The opposite party no.1 and 2 are hereby directed to refund the amount of Rs.50,000/- along with 12% interest thereon as both of them are jointly and severally are liable to do so. They are further directed to pay Rs.1,000/- as compensation for the complainant being put to mental agony and Rs.1,000/- towards the cost of this proceedings to the complainant.
