Present:       Complainant in person.

                   File put up on an application moved by complainant. Complainant suffered a statement that matter has been settled with the opposite parties. In lieu of the settlement, she received a DD no. 116784 dated 31.05.2023 amounting to Rs.50,000/-(Rupees Fifty thousand only) as full and final payment. Therefore, she does not want to proceed further with the present complaint and withdraws the same being fully satisfied.

          In view of the statement of complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied/settled. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
